Product Returns

Should you find it necessary to return a product to us,
please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We’ll instruct you how to send your package back to us. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returned products must be in new condition and include all original boxes and paperwork to receive a refund or replacement. All returns must be properly packaged and insured to avoid damage. Refunds cannot be issued for improperly packaged returned items.

Please note that TargetSportsUSA.com does not back-oder items. We do not maintain a back order system. Orders for merchandise which are not available at the time of the order is processed will be voided. If you have prepaid for the order by company check, cashiers check or money order, a refund check will be processed and mailed to you.

There is a exception to ammunition. Due to federal laws and regulations ammunition purchased can not be returned. Please make sure that you select the right and appropriate ammunition before making the final purchase.

Orders cannot be voided once they have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 20% restocking fee plus return freight charges. 

Damaged Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier.  We are more than happy to provide you with full assistance in this unlikely event.

The picture of the box of ammo on the web-page is different then what I received

Manufacturers have the right to change their packaging with out consulting with us. Most of the time we don't even know it changed until we get the new packaging in. The pictures on the web-page is a representation of how the box may look. It is in no way a guarantee of the size, shape or color of box you will receive. We will guarantee that you will receive the type of ammo you purchased.

 

Product Warranties

Keep all warranties and owner's manuals that you receive with your merchandise. In the event an item becomes defective, please refer to the warranty information for proper procedures. Some manufacturers allow us to accept returned defective merchandise, but some prefer to have the customer return the product directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturers that we deal with are all excellent companies who have quality products and reputations, but each company has it’s own specific policies on defective merchandise. TargetSportsUSA.com does not manufacture any ammunition. We are merely a dealer or distributor for the products we sell, therefore we assume no responsibility of the product quality or functionality. However, if you are not happy with the ammunition you can contact the ammunition manufacturer directly and express your concern to them.
